Dr. Yasar, founder of Torinova

Built from inside the problem, not for it.

Torinova was founded by Dr. Yasar, a practising NHS GP who lived the admin burden every day: the documentation that eats into consultations, and the QOF indicators that go uncaptured when there is no time to record them.

It is not built by a vendor guessing at the workflow. It is built by someone who has sat in the chair, run behind on a Monday clinic, and finished the notes at 9pm.

Clear the administrative work that stands between GPs and their patients, so clinicians get more time for care and practices stay sustainable.

A GP listening closely to a patient during a consultation

The gap kept widening.

Since the pandemic, GP responsibilities have risen sharply while resources and tooling have stayed flat. The NHS is digitising fast, but the day-to-day reality for a practice is more to document, more to code, and less time to do it.

Ambient AI can finally close that gap, but only if it respects how general practice actually works: private by default, clinician in control, and built for the QOF and the SOAP note rather than bolted on afterwards.

01

Time back for care

We write the record and clear the admin, so the clinician’s day goes on patients.

02

Never on third-party AI

Patient data and audio are processed on Torinova-operated infrastructure, encrypted in transit. Private by architecture, not by policy.

03

The clinician owns every word

Nothing is generated, kept, or sent until a clinician has reviewed it and signed it off.

Care that reaches everyone.

We are committed to reducing barriers to care across the populations our practices serve, and to helping close the gaps that leave some communities behind.
